This leads to less stress being placed on your joints during water aerobics exercising, if compared to land exercising.

Water aerobics is an ideal choice for healthy people and also for those who have a medical condition especially people suffering from arthritis, neck and back problems. It is also suitable for people suffering from strokes and obese people. The water aerobics exercises will usually cause a body to use up more energy. On an average, 450 to 700 calories will be burned for an hour of water aerobics exercise.
